Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    5 eggs
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    butter, softened
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Cook sausage over medium heat until done, stirring to crumble. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter; cut into cubes.
    Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Beat well and pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Chill in refrigerator at least 8 hours.
    Remove the dish from refrigerator and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    After cooking, cover and keep in refrigerator.
    Slice and heat in microwave as needed.
