Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped dates
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. soda, butter or graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, baking powder and salt until thick.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until it holds peaks.
    Fold in cracker crumbs, dates, pecans and vanilla.
    Pour into greased pie pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool and cover with Cool Whip before serving.
