Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (2 lb.) jar Ragu rich and meaty meat sauce
1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation

In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook cumin and chili powder 30 seconds.
Stir in meat sauce and beans.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice and garnish with Monterey Jack cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
