Pickled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. of fish, chunked
    1 heaping Tbsp. pickling spices
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix fish, spices and onion together in a container with a lid.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add.
    Refrigerate for at least 7 days, stirring or shaking once or twice daily.
