Crabmeat Nippies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Flake crabmeat and toss with mayonnaise and onion.
    Spoon onto Melba toast.
    Sprinkle generously with cheese.
    Broil 3 inches from heat 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 20 to 24 canapes.
