Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. flour, sifted before measuring
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast into a large bowl.
    Add warm water and stir until dissolved.
    Add eggs, milk, butter, salt and sugar.
    Stir until well blended.
    Stir in 3 cups of flour, beating until smooth after each cup is added.
    Add fourth cup; beat until dough is smooth and elastic.
    Stir in 5th cup of flour to make stiff dough. Measure 6th cup of flour and sprinkle about half of it onto a breadboard or any flat surface.
    Turn dough out onto the floured surface and with well-floured hands, knead dough until smooth and elastic (about 5 to 7 minutes).
    Use remaining flour as needed.
