Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, cubed
    3 c. milk
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 to 1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a well-greased casserole dish, mix milk and bread crumbs together.
    Soak 5 minutes.
    Stir in margarine, both sugars and salt.
    Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
    Stir in vanilla and raisins.
    Set casserole in a pan of water.
    Bake 1 hour or until done.
    Test with knife in the center.
    When done, drizzle on a powdered sugar glaze or serve plain.
