Quickie Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart rhubarb or favorite fruit
    Sugar to taste
    1 cup flour
    pinch of salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Place 1 quart rhubarb and enough sugar to taste in bottom of baking dish.
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch salt, and egg, and spread over fruit.
    Bake at 350 degrees.
    Any kind of fruit can be used instead of rhubarb.
