Crab And Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 crabs or 1 lb. crab meat (fresh or canned)
    1 lb. rosamarina pasta (orzo)
    1 red onion, chopped fine
    1 doz. hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 or 2 cans pitted olives, well drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    approximately 1 qt. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook pasta until done in salted water.
    When done, rinse in cold water, drain and cool.
    Make sure there are no shells in the crab and that it is well drained.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
    This makes a lot, but is easy to cut in half.
