Neiman-Marcus Tuna Pecan Salad With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise (not light)
    3 c. canned white albacore tuna, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. lightly toasted pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    salt and white pepper to taste
    1/4 c. water chestnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, mixing well to evenly distribute and coat well with mayonnaise.
    Add seasoning to taste.
    If salad is dry, add a bit more mayonnaise.
    Serve as a sandwich or as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
    Makes 8 servings.
