Individual Quick Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
3/4 c. sugar or 5 packets Equal
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 (21 oz.) can cherry or your choice pie filling
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
Put cupcake papers in muffin pans.
Put 1 vanilla wafer in each.
Fill cups 3/4 full of cheese mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool and top with pie filling.
