Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. medium white sauce
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. crabmeat (fresh, canned or imitation)
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (white bread)
    cayenne pepper (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add cheese to white sauce.
    Stir until well melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Add to beaten egg yolks gradually.
    Add crabmeat. Turn into casserole. Mix butter with bread crumbs and garnish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
