Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 c. celery, cut fine
    1 c. onion, cut fine
    10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. frozen O'Brien hash browns
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Combine water, celery and onions.
    Bring to a boil.
    Then simmer for 30 minutes.
