Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and pepper that have already been chopped. Cook zucchini until tender.
    Drain, then alternate layers:
    meat, zucchini and cheese in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with the cracker crumbs.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes about 10 servings.
