Curried Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium chopped onions
1 1/2 lb. shelled, deveined shrimp
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 strips bacon
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation

Saute onions and shrimp in butter gently until shrimp are pink.
Add tomatoes, rice and celery (optional) and seasoning. Pour into greased casserole.
Top with bacon strips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bacon is done, 5 to 10 minutes.
