Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large 4 lb. chicken, parboiled in unsalted water
1 carton sour cream
1 can undiluted celery soup
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 stick margarine
1/4 lb. crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Melt butter and mix in crumbs and seed; sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
