Sausage Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 cans Pillsbury croissant rolls
Preparation
    Brown sausage.\tDrain.\tCombine
    sausage, grated cheese and grated onion.
    Mix together and put by spoonfuls on top of triangle size croissant rolls.
    Add
    a
    small
    amount of cream cheese on top of sausage mixture.
    Fold
    up ends and roll into a ball.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake\tin
    oven, then reduce to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
