Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cottage cheese
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
5 or 6 dashes hot sauce
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except muffin mix.
Add muffin mix last. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
