Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Layer 1/3 of potatoes in buttered baking pan.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a cup.
Sprinkle half over potatoes; repeat layers, ending with potatoes on top.
Dot with margarine.
Pour milk over potatoes.
Cover.
Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0, uncovered; sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
