Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add salt, vanilla and sugar and blend well.
Combine baking powder, graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts and coconut, then fold into egg white mixture.
Pour ingredients into a 9-inch pie pan (glass preferred) with high edges.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Excellent served with strawberries, vanilla ice cream and/or Grand Marnier.
