Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat whites until stiff.
Combine egg yolks, flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil.
Beat until batter is smooth.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake on waffle iron.
Also makes good Belgian waffles.
