Strawberries With Chocolate Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. + 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 qt. medium-sized fresh strawberries

Preparation

Beat whipping cream until foamy.
Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together.
Serve with strawberries.
Yield: about 6 1/2 dozen appetizers.
