Esther'S Tamale Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can cream-style corn
2 small cans sliced or chopped ripe olives
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3/4 c. quick cooking grits
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder (to taste)
Preparation

Saute meat and drain well.
Set aside in large bowl or pan. Saute onion and pepper.
Add this and all other ingredients to meat.
Mix really well. Put in casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
