1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 lb. sausage (cooked until crumbly)
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles.
Place in ungreased baker.
Press over bottom and halfway up sides to form crust.
Seal perforations.
Crumb sausage over crust.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
