Zucchini Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1 c. zucchini, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moist. Fill muffin tins, greased.
    Bake until brown, about 20 minutes.
