Squash Casserole Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. yellow crookneck squash
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    garlic salt/flakes to taste
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium jar diced pimiento
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing or any herb stuffing
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cut up squash. Cook until tender. Drain thoroughly and mash well. Chop onion.
