Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. flank steak
    3 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
    tomato sauce
Preparation
    Place the flank steak on a board and pound it to tenderize. Crush the garlic and place it on the meat.
    Add the olive oil and rub the garlic and oil into the meat.
    Arrange the eggs on the meat.
    Add the cheeses.
    Roll up in a jelly roll style.
    Brown in some oil.
    Add tomato sauce and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    May use bacon and sliced dill pickles or ham and cheese instead of eggs.
