Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Stir together apples and sugar.
Add dry ingredients and stir well.
In separate bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir egg mixture into apple mixture.
Stir in pecans.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Cake must spring back when lightly pressed.
Serve with ice cream.
Makes 12 to 15 servings.
