Salmon Patties Erma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. canned salmon
    1 onion
    2 shakes Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. dry parsley flakes
    dash of garlic powder
    seasoned salt
    1 egg per lb. of salmon
    dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a bowl, clean salmon; mash with fork and grate in an onion with its juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, garlic powder, seasoned salt and egg.
    Add enough dry bread crumbs until you can shape patties.
    Fry in stickproof pan on medium heat until brown on both sides, about 15 minutes.
