Aunt Vera'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs (don't beat)
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
    4 Tbsp. canned milk
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Blend and pour in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven temperature down to 350\u00b0 and bake another 10 minutes.
    Do not overbake (the 2 oven settings will prevent the crust from becoming soggy).
