Creamy Turkey-Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
6 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced, roasted turkey
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 medium green or red pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sherry
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
Preparation

In a small skillet, saute onion, green or red pepper and mushrooms in butter until onion is tender.
In a large bowl, mix soups, milk, sherry and pepper.
Stir in sauteed mixture, vegetables and turkey.
Turn into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with noodles.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
