Chinese Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 Tbsp. sugar or molasses
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Pierce 2 to 3 pounds of meat.
    Pour on marinade.
    Marinate at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours.
    Cook as desired.
    Especially good on the grill.
