Pool Room Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. shredded cabbage
    2 chopped bell peppers
    3 chopped large onions
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    1 qt. mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Bring to a boil sugar, vinegar and black pepper.
    Add mustard and vegetables.
    Simmer, stirring constantly about 15 minutes. Cool.
    Keeps in refrigerator several months.
