Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in the milk, melted butter and vanilla; mix well.
    In a small bowl, mix the sugar, brown sugar and cocoa.
    Sprinkle the dry mixture over the batter in pan.
    Pour water over all; do not mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
