Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. lima beans, canned
    2 c. green beans, cut and canned
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. finely cut fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together corn oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Add beans, celery, onion, parsley, pimento and pickle relish.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Makes 6 servings.
