Chicken Or Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped chicken or turkey
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
2 carrots, diced
3 potatoes, chopped
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. frozen lima beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
salt
pepper
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Boil meat and vegetables just until done; drain.
Combine soup, milk and seasonings.
Pour over meat mixture and mix.
Pour into pie crust.
Cover with second pie crust and pinch edges. Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
Let set for 20 minutes before slicing.
