Tomato Juice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
    1 c. water
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of celery salt
    1/2 c. chopped olives or sliced
    3 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice (I use vinegar)
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup water and dissolve Jell-O in it. Add tomato juice and cool until it begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients and pour into molds. Serve on lettuce leaves with Ranch dressing. Double for larger recipe.
