Fried Cawsway(Burmese Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, sliced thin
    stew beef or chicken, cut in pieces
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    red pepper as desired
    dash of turmeric
    2 tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    chopped cabbage and green onions as garnish
    cooked spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown the onion; add meat and spices.
    When fully cooked, cut tomatoes in small pieces and add.
    Cover with water and simmer until it's well cooked.
    Add to spaghetti and stir.
    Garnish with cabbage and green onions.
