Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
    Add buttermilk and dry ingredients and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
