Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    6 eggs
    nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla
    3/4 c. lukewarm water (for yeast)
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. oleo
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Use dough hooks for this recipe.
    Put yeast in lukewarm water with 2 teaspoons sugar in a lukewarm bowl.
    Leave set 15 to 20 minutes.
    Scald milk.
    Beat eggs well, then add eggs to cooled milk mixture.
    In mixing bowl, put sugar, oleo, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Cream mixture well.
    Add warm milk mixture.
    Beat well.
    Add yeast.
    Beat well.
    Add sifted flour, 1 cup at a time. Put in well-greased large bowl.
    Let rise overnight in refrigerator.
