Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. grated Cheddar
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 to 1 chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Preparation

Mix together and pack into greased ring mold.
Chill; unmold and serve with crackers.
