Jalapeno Pepper Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise (fat-free will work)
    1/4 c. jalapenos or chili peppers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil until just done and drain.
    In large mixing bowl, mix potatoes, shredded cheese, mayonnaise and peppers.
    Use just enough mayonnaise to make mixture thick (not creamy).
    Spoon into oblong baking dish (spray with Pam).
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown on top.
