Baked Squash With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 small yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
    1/2 medium sweet onion, sliced very thin
    6 slices cheese
    butter, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain. Fill casserole with layers of squash, onions and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on each layer. Dot with butter and cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
