Cream Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    preserves of your choice
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in the cream cheese and butter until it has a corn meal consistency. Stir in the sour cream until pastry holds together.
    Form into a ball.
    Wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured surface and cut into 3-inch rounds.
    Place preserves on bottom half.
    Moisten edges and fold over.
    Press edges with a fork to seal.
    Prick the top with fork and bake at 325\u00b0.
