Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    mushrooms (optional)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Mix all but ketchup together.
    Place in a microwave casserole. Spread ketchup over top of loaf.
    Cook on Medium-high for 25 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
