Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
3/4 c. egg substitute
1/8 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
black pepper to taste
4 oz. Swiss cheese, finely shredded
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 lb. picked crabmeat
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. In a bowl, combine egg substitute, mayonnaise, flour, thyme and black pepper.
Mix well.
Gently stir in cheese, onion and crabmeat.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
