Peach Gelatin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 graham cracker crusts, 9 inch
3/4 c. sugar
6 to 7 medium peaches
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water, salt, lemon juice.
Add sugar to peeled and sliced peaches.
Combine whipping cream with cooled gelatin mixture and add peaches.
Fill pie crusts and refrigerate.
