Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep dish pie shell
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, etc.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Partially bake pie shell about 6 minutes.
    Remove from oven and lower temperature to 325\u00b0.
    In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onion, flour, salt and garlic powder.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Beat together eggs and milk.
    Pour over bacon mixture.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
