Creme Au Chocolate De Zulma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sweet chocolate
    3 Tbsp. strong coffee
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    small pieces candied orange
Preparation
    Put chocolate and coffee into an enamel saucepan.
    Set over heat and stir until completely smooth.
    Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks and the milk.
    Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken.
    Add the vanilla, continuing to stir until a simmer is almost reached.
    Set aside.
