Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 tsp. rum flavor (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix with electric mixer 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Bake in greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pans.
    Cool entirely before adding cream cheese frosting or serve hot from oven without frosting.
